With each passing week, our radio show broadcasts get better and better and April 20th’s was no exception. We had wonderful guests join us in studio including Daniel Chung of Mass Mutual, Rick Saxen of American Best Insurance and Joey Toth of Pitbull Pest Control.
In addition to the segments from our expert contributors that featured information regarding protecting your business assets, condo Insurance and termites and bed bugs, Harvey and Shelley also discussed the conversion of real estate operations from Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Nevada Properties that was completed today. We are all so excited to be associated with this premium brand owned by Warren Buffet and are looking forward to seeing the town painted cabernet and cream with all the new Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Nevada Properties signage. Our CEO, Mark Stark, will be joining in studio on Sunday, May 18th to talk more about the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Nevada Properties conversion so be sure to mark your calendars to listen to that broadcast at 4pm.
Harvey also gave us his stat of the week from CNN Money that nearly 2 million homeowners are NO longer seriously underwater as a result of home values going up but Nevada still has 34% of those seriously underwater mortgages. Shelley’s weekly fun fact was about the strange and unusual real estate signs being used in today’s markets such as “Owner ready to Croak … MUST SELL! Make an OFFER!” Talk about creative marketing!
