Experience counts SO much in negotiating real estate deals, and Harvey Blankfeld’s experience helped us in several different ways during both our buying AND selling processes. We had several issues come up regarding our lender and Harvey was always able to smooth things out for us. His  professionalism in dealing with people is a definite asset, and his negotiation skills are unparalleled. He explained to us in great detail his reasoning for pricing our home as he did, and we sold it quickly for 99% of our asking price!
