If you waited a year to buy last year to wait for interest rates to fall. Where are you now?
Last year interest rated were hovering in the 6’s and they are still in the 6’s and prices have gone up
between 6-10%.
Think about where we might be a year from now!
If you are thinking now to wait a year, please consider that the average historical mortgage rate is
between 6-7%.
Unless there will be another major pandemic, rates are very unlikely to ever drop back down into the 3’s,
etc.
The housing shortage is not going away in the short term.
If you can find a home that you like that works for you and you can afford it, BUY IT!
