Seller Listing & Escrow Service

Receive & review listing agreement & disclosures for compliance

Assist with broker signatures to send fully executed contract to client

Send client access to online portal (Sisu)

Request preliminary title report from agents preferred escrow/title company

Assist with home photography appointment

Coordinate Sign installation

Assist with MLS entry & photo upload (Will not include MLS remarks)

Assist with personalized marketing pieces (social media, postcards)

Input documents & transaction details to broker compliance (SkySlope)

Assist with MLS change orders/extensions

Receive & review contract & disclosures for compliance

Open escrow and send opening email to escrow/title, agents, lender & client

Input documents & transaction details to Broker Compliance (SkySlope)

Prepare & deliver transaction calendar for contract/deadline dates

Update client portal for client/agent transparency

Assist with ordering home warranty for closing

Assist with home inspection coordination (to include termite, roof, etc. if necessary)

Assist with appraisal inspection appointment

Agent to receive contract deadline reminders 3 days prior

Confirm HOA Resale package order & deliver to necessary parties

Deliver preliminary title report to client

Remind/assist agent to respond & prepare to repair requests

Coordinate signing with escrow/title and notify all parties

Utility reminder sent to clients

Coordinate walkthrough with all parties

Confirm all documents are needed for brokerage compliance

Receive/process final closing package with broker (SkySlope)

Coordinate Sign Removal

Personalized review request sent to client on agent behalf

Assist with personalized marketing pieces (social media, postcards)
