When you look at real estate data on a weekly basis there could be serious anomalies and we don’t want to overreact to any data but I want you to give you guys an idea of what is the market is doing. This is single family homes data and the number of available homes this week we have 5,655, in escrow we have 448 and we sold 567 in the last week, 204 properties that were withdrawn. The median sold price is $317,030 and the median sold price square foot was $175.32, median days on the market is 18 days. From last week we have grown by 502 homes, we have reduced by the number of homes that went into escrow almost by two hundred in this past week. Stay tuned to hear more! Thanks for watching!
