I don’t often write “testimonial” letters but now feel compelled to do so as a result of my recent experience with one of your colleagues, Tish Gonzales.
I was originally put in touch with her through my selling realtor in South Florida. I contacted Tish and outlined to her my list of very particular requirements, at the same time explaining to her that I had a very limited amount of time to spend in Las Vegas owing to the lengthy travel time from South Florida. I requested her full time attention during my visit and she didn’t disappoint in the slightest. Additionally, she didn’t waste a moment of my time showing properties that fell outside of my previously stated parameters.
In the “above and beyond” department Tish couldn’t have been more helpful, not only prior to closing but afterwards too, including such things as setting up and accomplishing such services as carpet cleaning, house cleaning, etc. She did all of this cheerfully and efficiently. I just wanted you to know what a valuable asset you have in Tish and from my own perspective I feel I’ve not only had a very pleasant business association with Tish but made a new friend too.
