Charts on the radio! For the month of January 2021, we had 4,336 SFH on the market, last month we had a little less inventory at about 3,987. While we have 5,122 under contract for this month and 5,252 for last month. Where as last year we were at 3,039 under contract. The chart shows that from 2019 to 2020 we have sold nearly the same amount of homes. We have the smallest amount of inventory in the last 10 years.
