Providence
Providence has established itself as one of the top ten master planned communities in the Nation. Located in the Northwest corner of the Las Vegas valley, the community spans 1,200 acres. Mountains climb to the West of the community. Actually, the developers imported over 4,000 trees to line community streets and promenades before homes went up for sale. They added shrubs and grass into the common spaces to create a lush environment. They chose varieties that will do well in the desert carefully.
