I own numerous properties in and around the greater Las Vegas Valley. I have used other companies to manage all my properties in the past, but I have not had much luck in finding a company to manage my properties to my standards. The Blankfeld Group is the best PM company that I have contracted with. They are on top of all issues like maintenance problems, HOA violations, rents or anything else that may arise. Every issue is taken care of as soon as possible. Their staff is very knowledgeable in everything they do and they don’t steer me in the wrong direction. They have a very high standard when it comes to property management and all of the other services they provide. I don’t think I will ever find another property management company as well organized as The Blankfeld Group. You can’t go wrong.
