Tracy Ruccia of Equity Title joined us on May 18th for a segment with our CEO Mark Stark of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Nevada Properties. In this segment, Tracy talked about the long term partnership she and Equity Title have had with our company and our team.
One of the many things that Equity Title is able to provide to us is Market Condition Reports. These reports compile all of the information found on public record such as how many homes sold in a particular area and can be broken down by a subdivision, street boundaries or even zip codes. These reports can also break down the information by the types of sales (traditional, REO, short sales).
Tracy Ruccia has not only been a partner of ours for many years but has also worked with Mark Stark for even longer! Tracy tells us that what she has learned from Mark over the years is invaluable to her and she is so appreciative of the business relationships and friendships that have formed.
