In this segment of the show, Mark discusses with Harvey where our Las Vegas real estate market is at the moment. According to Mark, our market is currently vibrant. Condominium and townhome sales have gone up by 10%. He also talks about the importance of showings. Showings can tell a lot about how the property is priced. If you’re getting a lot of showings, there’s a high probability that it’s priced right. If you are not getting many listings, there could be a pricing issue. Want to hear more?
