Let us start crunching some numbers, here we go! So, for November 19th and again this just single-family homes. Currently on the market we have 4,545 homes and down by 129, inventory keeps shrinking. In escrow the last 7 days we put 829 homes in escrow, and we closed 774 and both of those numbers are up from last week. We saw 166 homes withdrawn its been floating in the mid one hundred for a long time. The median sold price was $348,711 and that is up by $3,835 and again though we must remind you guys that we only do a week worth of data, so it is a small sample size. But $348,711 is a nice median price and the median sold price per square foot is 183.67 which went down a little. Stay tuned to hear more!
